This is part of a series of pictures I am working on in which the object's sole purpose of existence is function.



I chose this idea because if an object exists for a reason besides function, then it isn't as pure of an object.

I find the idea of pure function to be something I respect a lot.

If an object isn't replaced or painted over when it develops rust, the rust itself become the mark that the object exists for the sole purpose of function.
